Dosbarth Conwy – Environment week | Dosbarth Haulfre – Chicken Week

On Monday morning Dosbarth Conwy started a survey on how pupils travel to and from school each day. The results came as a big surprise to the class that most of our pupils travel by car daily.

Carys, Lucas, Amelia and Charlie went to Venue Cymru on Tuesday to represent the school in the semi final of the Enterprise Troopers. Their buisness was Sw San Sior showing the importance of conservation through our reptiles at the school. Also what they have discovered this term leaning all about the Rain Forests and the different layers of the canopy where some of the creatures we have live. Sadly we did not get through to the final but won ‘Best Stand Display Award’. Sw San Sior has 6 booking now for the workshop to visit other schools.

Wednesday after school was the semi finals of Masterchef Year three pupils cooked dishes including Pancakes, Meringues, Egg and veg muffins using San Sior Eggs all the children produced amazing dishes Da iawn pupils.

Friday was Bee Day/Diwrnod Gwenyn our pupils arrived dressed as bees to help raise funds for the project. 346 eggs recorded on the tally chart this week
