Heald Place Primary

Pre-Loved Heald Place Primary School makes it all the way to Nairobi.

We were contacted by Becky Lipscombe a BBC Africa Producer who proudly let us know that a child in a camp for displaced people in South Sudan was wearing a top with a faded Heald Place Primary School logo on it. She thought that we might be interested to see where it had ended up!

Parents and pupils from our school had donated their pre-loved school jumpers to a clothes bank. The children were very excited to receive photos of the young boy in Nairobi wearing one of our jumpers.

What a fantastic way to show how donating pre-loved clothing can help those in faraway countries. Keep collecting and donating!
